Registration and Hotel Information
You can register online at www.ascdme.org or you can register by phone, fax, mail, or e-mail. See Registration Form for details. Hurry—this conference is expected to sell out quickly!
Terms: Registrations are accepted on a full payment, first-come, first-served basis only. ASCD Middle East processes confirmations within 48 hours after receipt of registration. Please do not make travel arrangements until you have received your registration confirmation.
On-Site Registration: The ASCD Middle East Conference may sell out. Do not depend on registering on-site. Please contact ASCD Middle
East for availability. When space is available, you may register on-site for an additional 25€ fee.
Nonmembers: Join ASCD for 58€ When You Register! Get a full year of Select Membership along with your registration. ASCD Select Membership includes subscriptions to Educational Leadership magazine and Education Update newsletter, five (5) new ASCD books, and member discounts on products and any future registrations. See Registration Form to take
advantage of this special offer.
Special Services: Please notify ASCD Middle East at the time you register if you need a sign language interpreter or other special assistance.
Program Cancellation: ASCD Middle East reserves the right to cancel programs because of low registration. In the unlikely event of a
cancellation, all registrants will be notified and will receive full refunds. If you plan to purchase nonrefundable airline tickets, please contact ASCD Middle East to make sure your registration has been processed.
No Show: If you are unable to attend a program you have registered for, call or write ASCD Middle East 14 calendar days prior to the start of the program to request a credit voucher or send a non-registered person in your place, with
registration confirmation or written authorization from you. There is a 25€ processing fee for all
cancellations. If you cancel within 14 days of the program, no refund or voucher will be issued.
Travel and Lodging: Participants are responsible for their own transportation, meals, and lodging. The Conference provides for Lunch
each day, all other meals are the responsibility of the participant.

2.Enter the group dates as 06 November-11 November.

3.Select the room category with the rates and submit the reservation form.
Regarding cancellation ;
Please be informed that once a room is reserved, no cancellation could be made.For the cancellation requests; guests should directly contact with our Reservation Agent; Mr.Ozan Kaynak at ozan.kaynak@swissotel.com and +90 212 326 81 48, cancellation will be made as per hotel and ASCD agreement.

How to Make Your Hotel Booking
- Login to the system using the given user name ( ASCD ) and the password (1234 )
- Click on the price search button .
- Select check in date ( 06-11/NOV/08 )
- Select region ( ISTANBUL )
- Enter the adult number per room ( 1 or 2 )
- Select the accommodation nights ( ACC.days )
- Click on the search button on the right side and see the hotel list.
- Select the hotel and click (BOOK NOW ) in the end of the line .
- Enter full name and click next button.
- You may enter your transfer details if requested, if you need Airport – Hotel transfer leave the green sign and select your transfer type . You can write any comment in the transfer note field .
- Choose your flight details. If it is not yet available you can comment in the transfer note field. Then click SAVE.
- You arrived at the last step, press select the bank after that enter your credit card details for the payment.
